Technosam Corporation is a Filipino owned company that distributes different industrial equipment like Valves, Fire Protection Equipment, actuators and such. This position will transport industrial equipment within the warehouse or to other locations. Transport of employees/personnel may also be required if needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Professional Driving License

  • Has strong knowledge and understanding on the road and alternative routes within Metro Manila and nearby provinces

  • Proven experience in Warehouse process and Inventory is not required but an advantage

  • Detail-oriented and decision-making skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

1. Logistics

  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.

  • Loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

  • Collecting items from the distribution center and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay.

  • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the concerned employee

  • Initial inspection of received items for damage and faults.

  • Managing all items, tools and equipment with appropriate care.

  • Follow department policies and procedures related to assigned duties.

  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions.

2. Inventory

  • Counting and confirming items as included on the Purchase Order (PO) or Packing List.

  • Keeping documentation of all items, tools and equipment entering or exiting the warehouse.

  • Marking and labeling stock if necessary.

3. Liaison

  • Manages delivery and collection as required

  • Assigned to transport employees from one place to another if necessary

4. Company Car

  • Tasked to bring company car for repair and maintenance as per instruction and schedule

  • Assist on the transfer of company car parking

5. Administrative

  • Holds office keys for the main door

  • Cleans common office area as necessary
