The Game Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of a software product or product portfolio—from initial concept and planning through development, launch, and eventual phase-out. This role serves as the central point of coordination, working closely with design, development, QA, testing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution across all stages of the product lifecycle, from production to distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product requirements to R&D, overseeing the development lifecycle and guiding products through each StageGate.
  • Partner with technical project management to develop methods and procedures for project tracking, keeping management informed on project statuses.
  • Enhance product performance to deliver optimal customer solutions.
  • Serve as the main liaison across compliance, commercial, design, and development teams.
  • Provide detailed product information to senior management, cross-departmental teams, sales, and customers through presentations, product briefs, and demonstrations.
  • Support internal product management reporting needs.
  • Assist in commercialization efforts, coordinating pre-launch activities with marketing, sales, and manufacturing.
  • Act as product line expert, understanding products and the competitive landscape.
  • Maintain competitive advantage and deliver exceptional customer experience through product-focused initiatives and content management.
  • Oversee product testing to ensure clients have access to leading content for market release.
