We are looking for a Healthcare Insurance Advisor to join our dynamic team If you have a passion for sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers in our hotspot areas in Hospital booth setting (The Medical City Ortigas and Cardinal Santos)
  • Proactively understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Work individually to drive revenue growth.
  • Able to switch locations in our hospital booth areas.

Qualifications:

  • Education: College level or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in chat sales and/or outbound telesales. Experience in local insurance sales is a plus.
  • Sales & Customer Focus: Strong ability to persuade, engage, and close sales.
  • Flexibility: Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as needed.

Work Setup & Benefits:
