Job Description

As a Senior Research Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing quantitative and qualitative research projects with minimal supervision. You will be the primary client contact for many projects, contributing to methodology discussions, ensuring quality deliverables, and mentoring junior staff. This role is ideal for someone with a solid research background, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage low to medium complexity research projects end-to-end
  • Take client briefs, design research methodologies, and write proposals
  • Oversee sampling, questionnaire design, data analysis, and reporting
  • Present findings to clients and maintain strong client relationships
  • Supervise and coach junior researchers, ensuring high-quality outputs
  • Contribute to business development, internal process improvements, and company initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Psychology, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing research
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, and a team player with leadership potential
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and research software is a plus
