About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all insurance-related processes for vehicle purchases, renewals, and claims. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between clients, insurance providers, and internal sales and aftersales teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with partner insurance companies to provide quotes for vehicle insurance (Comprehensive and TPL).
  • Process insurance applications for new vehicle sales and renewals.
  • Assist clients in understanding insurance coverage, benefits, and exclusions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation for insurance policies.
  • Follow up on policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate insurance records for all sold and serviced units.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to meet customer and dealership requirements.
  • Address client concerns or questions regarding their vehicle insurance.
  • Monitor policy expirations and proactively offer renewal options to clients.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
  • Experience in insurance processing.
  • Knowledge of vehicle insurance (Comprehensive, TPL, claims process, etc.) is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple transactions efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Saturday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Work Location:
  • On-site at our dealership in Marilao, Bulacan
