Job Description:

  • Ensure the organization's full compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal data privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Promote a data protection culture within the organization.
  • Monitor internal compliance with data privacy policies.
  • Work closely with HR, IT and other departments to ensure data privacy compliance in all business processes.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Preferably a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) or has undergone relevant DPO training.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its IRR.

  • Experience in data privacy, data security, compliance, or legal-related roles is highly preferred.

-Detail and result-oriented; Highly-Organized; Able to handle confidentiality.

-Proficient in MS Office applications.

-Amenable to render overtime when needed.

-Willing to work onsite. Must be a resident near Makati City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
