Compliance Associate

• 1. To assist the Data Protection Officer in data privacy related functions, including but not limited to:

a. Assist in monitoring rules and regulations relative to Data Privacy issued by various regulatory bodies, especially NPC, BSP, and SEC.

b. Handle dissemination of Data Privacy Tidbits in a timely manner.

c. Assist in handling and reporting various mandatory reports to the NPC, if and when necessary (Annual Security Incident Report, Data Processing Systems, Personal Data Breach)

d. Assist in the conduct of privacy impact assessments and ad hoc testing covering data privacy.

e. Assist in the preparation and conduct of trainings relative to Data Privacy.

f. Handle monitoring of database.

g. Provide administrative functions such as filing, record keeping, and other tasks of similar nature.

h. Handle monitoring of action items/deliverables relative to data privacy conducted by internal or external auditors.

i. Assist in handling requests for opinion/review of contracts and other similar documents addressed to the unit, especially matters involving IT Outsourcing or data security.

• 1. Provide assistance to Compliance Officers during compliance testing, specifically for matters related to IT and Data Privacy.
• 1. Assist the Department in monitoring and preparing various reports and deliverables.
• 1. Provide administrative support in various trainings and meetings;
• 1. Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Compliance Officers and Compliance Department Head.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any business-related course.
• 2 or more years of experience in financial/banking industry
• Hardworking with good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
