Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling escalated service calls from associates across the organization. You will manage a high volume of inbound inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of HR-related concerns. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate various scenarios to provide appropriate solutions.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer service calls from associates contacting the Albertsons Experience Center.
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls courteously and efficiently.
- Identify various associate scenarios and apply the correct resolution approach.
- Accurately document all interactions in the associate's record.
- Provide support for HR-related concerns and general HR transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the HR Administrator for further action.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php28,000.00 per month
