Job Summary:

The AEI Sample Management Helper provides support in handling, labeling, storing, and documenting product or material samples for testing, inspection, and quality verification. This role assists the AEI and Quality teams in maintaining accurate sample records and ensuring that all collected samples comply with company standards and testing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sample Collection & Handling
  • Assist in collecting raw material, in-process, and finished product samples from designated production areas.
  • Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and identification of all samples according to standard procedures.
  • Transport samples safely to the testing or quality laboratory.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Maintain sample logs, tracking sheets, and record submission details.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and aligned with AEI and Quality standards.
  • Support digital or manual filing of sample management records.
  • Equipment & Area Maintenance
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of sample storage and preparation areas.
  • Support calibration checks and simple maintenance of sampling tools or containers.
  • Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with AEI Technicians, Quality Analysts, and Production teams for sampling schedules.
  • Provide assistance during product validation, testing, or inspection activities.
  • Report any irregularities or issues encountered during sample collection or handling.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Follow company safety protocols and wear proper PPE during sample handling.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards (ISO, GMP, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School Graduate or Technical/Vocational Course Graduate
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing or laboratory support work
  • Basic understanding of sampling procedures and documentation
  • Physically fit and willing to work in production or laboratory environments
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely
