AEI Coordinator

The AEI Coordinator (Automation, Electrical, and Instrumentation Coordinator) is responsible for coordinating all AEI-related activities to ensure proper design, installation, maintenance, and documentation of automation and electrical systems within the facility. This role ensures that all AEI works comply with company standards, safety requirements, and production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination
• Coordinate AEI activities for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure alignment of AEI systems with operational requirements.
• Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure quality and timely project completion.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting electrical and automation system issues.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure reliability of control systems.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of wiring diagrams, control logic, and instrumentation calibration.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, or local codes).
• Prepare technical reports, inspection results, and project updates.
• Continuous Improvement & Optimization
• Identify opportunities to improve automation efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Support the implementation of digitalization, control system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
• Safety & Quality Assurance
• Enforce safe work practices in all AEI-related activities.
• Ensure all installations and maintenance comply with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Automation, Electrical, or Instrumentation within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of PLC, SCADA systems, sensors, and control devices
• Strong understanding of electrical standards, instrumentation calibration, and industrial automation
• Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills
