About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance team at BG BROS PHARMACY INC' as a System Finance professional. In this full-time role, you will be based in Tarlac Central Luzon and play a key part in the company's financial operations and reporting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounting for the company
  2. Maintain and improve the company's financial systems and processes
  3. Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making
  4. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and other financial planning activities
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial projects and initiatives
  6. Provide support and guidance to non-finance colleagues on financial matters
  7. Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and accounting standards

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified accountant with 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
  2. Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, with the ability to identify and implement improvements
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
  4. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet tools
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across the organisation
  6. Familiarity with financial regulations and accounting standards in the Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting industries
