We are seeking a talented Order Taker to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in our call centre operations, responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing
- Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Listening attentively to customer needs and requirements
- Accurately inputting customer orders into our system
- Providing clear and concise information to customers about our products and services
- Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and order information
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive customer experience
- Proficient in data entry and familiarity with order processing systems
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
