We are seeking a talented Order Taker to join our dynamic team in Makati City Metro Manila. As an Order Taker, you will play a crucial role in our call centre operations, responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Listening attentively to customer needs and requirements
  3. Accurately inputting customer orders into our system
  4. Providing clear and concise information to customers about our products and services
  5. Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner
  6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and order information
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
  2. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a positive customer experience
  3. Proficient in data entry and familiarity with order processing systems
  4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  5. Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of customer inquiries and requests
  6. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role
