About the Role

We're seeking a proactive, execution-focused Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives and own the monthly rollout of our production environment built on Stacker/Airtable. This is a remote position requiring someone who moves fast, asks smart questions, and delivers accurate results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering
    : Actively engage with stakeholders across departments to extract clear, comprehensive requirements. Ask clarifying questions early and often to eliminate ambiguity.
  • Cross-Functional Execution
    : Coordinate seamlessly across teams to drive projects from concept to completion. Own the timeline, remove blockers, and keep everyone aligned.
  • Production Rollouts
    : Execute monthly sprint cycles for our Stacker/Airtable production environment. Manage deployment schedules, testing protocols, and release communications.
  • Velocity & Accuracy
    : Balance speed with precision. We need someone who ships quickly but maintains high standards for quality and detail.
