Job Description

  • Supervise a team of Back-Office Associates handling document review and downloading tasks
  • Monitor daily productivity, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members follow proper processes
  • Perform quality checks to maintain compliance and data accuracy
  • Assign workloads, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Communicate with management regarding performance, challenges, and process improvements
  • Motivate the team to stay focused and consistent when handling high-volume, repetitive tasks
  • Handle escalation issues and ensure smooth workflow operations
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of Team Lead/Supervisory experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while ensuring quality and productivity
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
