As a 3D Modeller, you will be responsible for performing precise framing takeoffs, interpreting architectural and structural drawings, and collaborating with teams to deliver accurate and timely outputs. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to communicate effectively with global teams.

Shift: Night shift, Weekends off

Salary: PHP 16,000 to PHP 23,000

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Degrees must be in any engineering or IT course
• Must have knowledge or experience in using SketchUp
• Strong ability to read and analyze construction and structural drawings
• High level of English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for handling a variety of blueprint types
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and processes in a fast-paced environment

Not required but nice to have:

• Proven experience in the construction and/or architecture industry, particularly with framing takeoffs
• Experience in US lumber framing norms
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software and blueprint interpretation

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform framing takeoffs using industry-specific software with high precision and attention to detail
• Review and interpret blueprints including construction, architectural, and structural drawings to ensure accurate takeoffs
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Adapt quickly to new software tools and processes as they are introduced
• Communicate effectively with the California team
