We are seeking a detail oriented and reliable Expense Monitoring and Recording Staff to join our construction company. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate tracking of company expenses and maintaining organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, monitor and track all company expenses on a daily basis.
  • Maintain organized financial files, receipts, invoices, and documentation.
  • Encode expenses into company spreadsheets or accounting software.
  • Verify supporting documents after payments.
  • Assist in reconciling expense records with petty cash and bank statements.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Project sites, and Accounting for timely submission of expense reports.
  • Provide weekly and monthly expense summaries to management.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or any related field (Preferred but not required if experienced)
  • Experience in bookkeeping, expense monitoring, or administrative finance roles is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Organized, Trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision
