Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development

  • Design and develop comprehensive digital and virtual learning solutions that align with organizational strategies and support skill-based learning journeys.
  • Oversee the loading, testing, and quality assurance of digital learning content across platforms.
  • Curate and manage training materials for multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and self-paced learning.
  • Provide timely, solution-focused support for instructors and system users, including responding to support tickets and facilitating system training.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven insights to recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with clients and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify knowledge and skill gaps through needs assessments and performance analysis.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on available learning assets, resources, and technologies to enhance learner growth and development.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Learning Specialists and Learning Systems Coordinators to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.
  • Set clear objectives, define key performance metrics, and conduct regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement tailored training and development programs for team members.
  • Address performance issues through coaching and progressive discipline, when necessary.
  • Build strong partnerships with global and local stakeholders to drive alignment of learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Communication, Organizational Leadership, or Organizational Psychology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning, education, human resources, or a related field — including experience in team management and instructional design within a global shared services environment.

Preferred

  • 5+ years of experience with virtual classroom environments, eLearning, and virtual learning technologies in a global shared services setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php90, Php100,000.00 per month
