BPO Healthcare Collections Representative

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze patient accounts to identify and resolve credit balances.
- Process refunds and adjustments in accordance with company policies and payer guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate posting of payments and collections.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to overpayments or duplicate payments.
- Maintain documentation of all actions taken on accounts for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure timely resolution of credit balances to support revenue cycle efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from patients, payers, and internal stakeholders professionally and promptly.
- Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements in handling sensitive financial and patient information.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4 Year Course
- With a minimum of 1 year experience in handling Payment or Collections in a BPO Healthcare setting or environment
- Note: Experience in a BPO Healthcare Account is required
- Must be willing to report onsite in Makati or Quezon City
- Willing to work during night shift hours
- Must have customer service, communication & computer skills
