・Our division uses BIM to create construction models, planning models, presentation models, and families, as well as 2D construction drawings. JOB HIGHLIGHTS

・Quarterly bonus system: 5 bonuses in March, June, September, December, and Annual (The Annual bonus will be combined and paid in December.)

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

・At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other related fields

・Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is an edge

・Essential: Proficiency in Revit for 3D BIM modelling and AutoCAD for 2D technical drawings

・Knowledge in Architectural and Structural operations

・Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks and Lumion is an advantage

・Willing to learn Japanese. Japanese communication skills is advantageous. Willingness to learn basic Japanese terminology for construction drawings; existing JLPT certification (any level) preferred but not required

・Has a positive attitude, an outgoing personality, and the ability to communicate and build good working relationships with colleagues.

・Works with minimal supervision
