Sales Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Analyst who will support our sales team by preparing quotations, analyzing costs, computing margins, and coordinating with purchasing and technical teams. This role is ideal for Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration graduates who are strong with numbers, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with spreadsheets and pricing.

This is a back-office, analytical role (not client-facing). Training on our products (CCTV, IT, fiber, servers, cloud) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, cost sheets, and pricing proposals
  • Compute cost, selling price, and gross margin for each project
  • Coordinate with Purchasing for supplier pricing
  • Coordinate with Technical team for Bill of Materials (BOM) validation
  • Maintain and update pricing templates and quotation formats
  • Check accuracy of quantities, part numbers, and costing
  • Assist Sales Manager with documentation and proposal preparation
  • Link deals and quotes in HubSpot and update status in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, tables, percentage calculations)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with numbers and cost analysis
  • Organized, process-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills (internal coordination only)
  • Willing to learn basic technical product categories (CCTV, networking, servers, cloud)
  • Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in costing, pricing, billing, or quotations
  • Experience in sales admin or back-office support
  • Familiarity with BOMs, technical items, or procurement
