Parts Admin

- Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior
- Computer Literate
- Does parts ordering and receiving
- Knowledge of automotive parts, tools, repair, and equipment
- Performed and tracked data entry of any changes to inventory in to computer system
- Reviewed and processed packing slips and vendor documentation on received parts
- Maintained daily, weekly, monthly inventory control reports to supervisor
- Maintain parts warehouse by assigning bin locations, performing cycle counts of inventory
- Stocking new shipments including parts, chemicals, tires, and supplies daily
- Training and advising new employees about procedures and methods
- Receives purchase requisitions from Service, over-the-counter Parts Sales, and Vehicle Sales (for accessories)
- Canvasses at least four to five different suppliers in order to get the best possible deal or availability for the parts or accessories to be purchased
- Gives canvass sheet to After Sales Manager for analysis and approval
- Prepares schedule for parts pullout
- Gives directives to Pull-out Driver with regard to schedule and route of pull-outs of parts
- Updates prices of parts, accessories and service materials in the PMIS.
- Encodes all received parts to PMIS system
- Makes sure all receiving report forms are being signed by concern personnel and submits copy to Finance Assistant
- Files documents (Parts Receiving Report)
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (graduate of any 4-year course)
- At least 1 yr Experience with same field
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Customer Oriented, Computer Literate, Strong Communication Skills, and Documentation Skills
Job Type: Full-time
