Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and recording of daily accounting transactions.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice verification and payments.

Prepare bank deposits and perform bank reconciliations.

Maintain accurate and updated financial records and filing systems.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Support the preparation of financial reports and tax filings.

Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments for accounting-related concerns.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field.
  • With at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willing to work onsite in Silang, Cavite.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
