Job Description:

Assist with day-to-day finance tasks, including:

  • Data entry and updating financial records (e.g XERO)
  • Assist with organizing invoices, receipts, and payment
  • Filing and organizing financial documents (e.g manual writing of Journals etc.)
  • Providing support for any other tasks required by the accounting department

Handle daily administrative duties, such as:

  • Managing and organizing company files and records
  • Assisting with document preparation and data encoding
  • Handling correspondence and responding to emails or inquiries
  • Performing other clerical tasks as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
