Job Description:
Assist with day-to-day finance tasks, including:
- Data entry and updating financial records (e.g XERO)
- Assist with organizing invoices, receipts, and payment
- Filing and organizing financial documents (e.g manual writing of Journals etc.)
- Providing support for any other tasks required by the accounting department
Handle daily administrative duties, such as:
- Managing and organizing company files and records
- Assisting with document preparation and data encoding
- Handling correspondence and responding to emails or inquiries
- Performing other clerical tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
