Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist/Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Instagram Shop, and Facebook paid Ads, with a focus on driving measurable business growth, lead generation, Content buying, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, TikTok, Instagram Shop, and Facebook.

Execute and manage media buying strategies to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.

Monitor ad performance daily; optimize campaigns for CTR, conversions, and cost efficiency.

Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve results.

Collaborate with our team to align ad strategy with promotions, services, and brand goals.

Report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep our strategy competitive.

Qualifications

Proven experience (3+ years preferred) managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Instagram Shop campaigns.

Strong knowledge of media buying, conversion tracking, and audience targeting.

Demonstrated ability to scale ad budgets while maintaining profitability.

Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).

Creative mindset for ad copy, visuals, and campaign ideation.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus: Experience in the beauty, wellness, or med spa industry.
