About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in the BPO industry, ideally someone who has helped build or grow BPO startups. This role is key to driving business growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, closing deals, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new BPO clients (voice, non-voice, or blended services)

  • Identify and pursue target markets such as startups, SMEs, or scaling enterprises globally

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools

  • Lead end-to-end sales process: outreach, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closing

  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure alignment with client expectations

  • Represent the company in networking events, webinars, and industry meetups (virtual or in-person)

  • Provide regular sales reporting, forecasts, and market insights to leadership

Ideal Experience & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the BPO industry

  • Proven success in startup or early-stage BPO environments

  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, client pain points, and value propositions

  • Ability to generate leads through a combination of outbound prospecting, partnerships, and referrals

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Familiar with CRMs, LinkedIn outreach tools, and proposal platforms
