Purpose of the Role

As the Insurance Operations Staff, you will assist the region expands the core business of Allianz PNB Life. You will provide administrative support to the sales force by liaising with the different departments and provide an accurate & on time reports to the immediate superior and sales force, including proper monitoring of manpower activation, submissions and issuance.

Responsibilities of the Role

  1. Monitoring of applications and pending requirements; report/escalate delays in processing and identifying areas for improvement.

  2. Monitors all New Business applications submitted by the intermediaries and follow up pending requirements within the specified TAT.

  3. Assists/guides Intermediaries in completing the applications . Assist the Intermediaries on appropriate routine underwriting requirements applicable to the application for life insurance.
  4. Report/escalate delays in processing of documents and identify areas for improvement.

  5. Provide Management Information Reports and all other reports related to the operations of the Agency.

  6. Assisted Agency in preparation for the BOP/Licensing Training Materials for Manila & South Luzon

  7. Submission of Agents Application & other requirements to Licensing
  8. Releasing of Blank Applications, Brochures to Agency in Manila, South Luzon, Iloilo & Davao
  9. Supplies Requisition/Provisional receipts

  10. New Business and Product Training for the Agency

  11. Preparing the Daily Production Report for Agency

  12. Consolidation of Business partners for the Agency Day
  13. Other Administrative Functions

Requirements for the Role

  • Degree in Business Administration and/or Allied professions
  • Work experience in Insurance, Bancassurance in the following areas: (1) Insurance Administration; (2) Product Knowledge; and (3) Training, Licensing & Agency
  • Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.

Preferred but not required

  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS word, excel & powerpoint
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Flexible/ willing to adapt to changes
  • People/Client-oriented
