We are inviting applications for the role of Wellbeing/Wellness Coordinator
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications.
Well-being Coordinator will drive the well-being program end-to-end. He/ she/ they will outline, plan, and facilitate well-being activities and programs as per the client and employee base requirements and monitor the results of the initiatives to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist the operations team with policy and procedure inputs relevant to the operation of well-being programs. In collaboration with the well-being lead, manage and drive well-being initiatives and engagement activities for the targeted employee base.
- Coordinate with the well-being lead, operations team and the well-being coaches in planning and successful execution of workshops/ seminars, organizing seminars/ guest speakers/ preventive health camps etc.
- Develop slides and present wellness insight in Business Review with the client.
- Aid the well-being lead in preparing the weekly activity reports/power point.
- Ability to develop and implement programs that comply with the local workplace regulations.
- Set goals for the team and communicate goals on a regular basis
- Coach & mentor people – Motivating team with excellent people touch
- Develops promotion, awareness plans for well-being programs.
- Maintain a detailed record of well-being activities for the employee base, participation rates on the same and their feedback.
- Undertake regular surveys to identify well-being needs and impact of well-being programs.
- Develop well-being network by identifying and working with point-of-contacts in each process.
Must Have:
- Relevant wellness/wellbeing coordinator experience for at least 2-3 years
- Or experience in the mental health profession
Eligibility Criteria and Desired Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Basic understanding of data collection and data analysis.
Ability to work and maintain confidential information.
- Must have knowledge of local workplace regulations.
- A degree in psychology/keen interest in the wellness space.
- Master's degree in psychology, counselling, social work or related field required.
