Role Title: Project Manager (Facilities Management)

Work Location: Subic, Zambales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee diverse projects related to the maintenance, operation, and improvement of client facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, facility operations, and client relationship management, with a strong understanding of facility management best practices and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement projects related to facility maintenance, facility operation, and facility improvement
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Prepare and present project reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on facilities management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion
  • Strong understanding of facility operations, maintenance, and building systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have:

  • PMP, CFM, or FMP certification
  • Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
