Our hotel is looking for an Industrial Maintenance to take care of our hotel's infrastructures and facilities. You will supervise maintenance personnel and plan various activities on maintenance, renovation, and repair projects.

This role calls for a candidate that is organized and proactive, and familiar with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The goal is to ensure the hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike.

Responsible for the management and maintenance of the external and internal facilities including electrical and mechanical equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and office and room fixtures ensuring that the facilities, equipment, and fixtures are in good running condition.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter with good time management skills and can work under pressure
  • Preferably a degree holder in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or similar certifications
  • Has great leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Must be goal-oriented
  • Ability to safely use common power and hand tools
  • HVAC knowledge and repair skills
  • Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems
  • Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
  • Must be a friendly, helpful and trustworthy leader
  • A motivator, self-starter and a teamplayer
  • With extensive knowledge of health and safety standard
  • Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Inductrial Technology
  • Fresh graduates are welocme to apply
