POSITION: Intern / OJT

DEPARTMENT: Finance and Accounting

WORK LOCATION: BGC, Taguig

Job Qualification:

  • Currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance and any Business Related Courses
  • Basic knowledge in MS Offices Application
  • Can work onsite or hybrid in BGC, Taguig

Job Description

· Document controlling, which includes filing of invoices/billings, official receipts, deposit slips, and other files needed.

· Maintain records and documents for the finance department with supervision.

· Assists in sending out proof of transfers to some suppliers or providers if needed.

· Creating Purchase Invoices for Globe through NAV.

· Prepare Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax necessary for audit

· Prepare Alphalist for Quarterly VAT & Withholding tax if applicable

· Validating submitted receipts for reimbursements, liquidations, replenishments, and reimbursable commissions.

· Provide admin support as needed by the Finance department

Job Type: OJT (On-the-job training)

Contract length: 5 months

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
