Internship Details

  • Allowance: PHP 300/day
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite (BGC Taguig)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
  • Equipment: Work Laptop provided (MacBook)
  • Internship Duration: Minimum of 300 hours

Bossjob is looking for a Finance Intern to provide additional support to the Finance team in preparation for the peak period such as AFS audit preparation, Annual Alphalist, renewals, and BIR compliance and in anticipating future staffing needs as next years workload is expected to increase further with the rollout of monetization. The internship provides hands-on exposure to financial operations, compliance, and audit preparation, ideal for students pursuing a career in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Responsibilities

  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized financial records and documentation including, supplier information with valid receipts for quarterly list of purchases. Complete and submit vendor accreditation details. Ensure proper filing of financial documents. Updating books of accounts; journal, disbursements, ledgers and worksheets for BIR Compliance. Preparation of AR and collections of receipts for documentation.
  • Payment Processing: Review and verify all payment requests and its documentation such as, quotations, contracts, proof of services and receipts.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking of projected monthly costs for/and funding.
  • General Assistance: Encoding and submitting eBIRforms in the system. Encoding of employee and supplier alphalist in the system. Prepare of OR or invoice for clients.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Finance, Accounting or any Business-Related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel along with a strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently or with a team.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
