WHAT MAKES YOU A STRONG FIT

  • Solid networking knowledge, including OSI model, IP protocols, subnetting, and routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, TCP/IP)
  • Proficient in VLAN configuration and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with monitoring and support tools such as Logic Monitor, ServiceNow, and VMware VeloCloud Edge/Orchestrator (preferred)
  • Strong ability to quickly assess customer issues, triage complex problems, and manage incidents/escalations

Additional Requirement

  • With CCNA and/or CCNP certification
  • 1–3 years of experience in a network environment
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN products and services (preferred)
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki, Cradlepoint, Digi, or other switch/routing technologies (a plus)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Serve as the first point of escalation, providing high-level technical support via phone, email, and incident queues in line with SLAs/SLOs
  • Triage, manage, and resolve customer requests or incidents while documenting all cases in ServiceNow
  • Monitor network and hardware health using QoS systems and tools, coordinating with the NOC team to maintain service standards
  • Manage vendor and carrier expectations to ensure SLA/SLO compliance
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, work independently, and demonstrate adaptability with a strong willingness to learn and grow
