  • Dispatch & route planning – On Call; Weekly schedule and monitoring

  • Truck Management – Managing the partner mechanic in ensuring good condition and minimal downtime of trucks, driving cost saving initiatives wherever possible

  • Driver & Helper – Managing all drivers and helpers in coordination with HR

Back end operations – Proper processes in place to ensure organized and systematic guidelines and protocols are in place for smooth operations

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new technologies to improve operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
