Mall Engineer

• Ensures all store facilities and equipment of the building are in good working conditions at all times.
• Implements standard maintenance program, with the emphasis on planning/schedule and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Communicates with supervisory personnel to discuss and resolve matters related to maintenance & safety
• Respond to tenant and customer needs regarding technical matters.
• Attends to lessees complaints or requests on maintenance services.
• Supervises closely all contractual agency workers and other maintenance service contractors.
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
• At least 6 months and up working experience in the related field specializing in building/facility management.
• Newly licensed engineers are welcome to apply
• Must have good technical and management skills & deep understanding in mall/retail industry is a plus.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Holidays.
