Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Engineer, located in Bulacan. The Property Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the operations of properties. Daily tasks include conducting regular inspections, ensuring proper maintenance of systems, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The Property Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing repairs, and maintaining accurate records related to property management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in property maintenance and management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Property Management, or related field is preferred
