Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, preference, and sales growth. The role oversees marketing planning, campaigns, activations, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen assigned brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans
  • Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Manage above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Work closely with sales teams to support trade programs and activations
  • Coordinate with principals, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Monitor brand performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing
  • Experience in automotive, FMCG, or trade marketing is an advantage
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities
  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
