We are looking for a highly organized CEO Support Virtual Assistant to provide executive-level assistance in managing administrative, communication, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a virtual setting and acts as a trusted right-hand to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize the CEO's inbox and calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders
  • Prepare, draft, and follow up on emails with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Track and manage invoices
  • Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets and other tools
  • Assist in managing tasks and projects using Asana or similar tools
  • Maintain and organize personal and professional contact networks
  • Support project prioritization to ensure critical deadlines are met
  • Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics when needed
  • Provide reminders and follow-ups to keep the CEO on track
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in executive support, email management, and reporting
  • Prior experience as an Executive VA or Personal VA
  • Highly organized with strong task management and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership and managing sensitive matters

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Ability to nurture and maintain professional relationships
  • Interest in personal growth and alignment with purpose-driven work
