Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures accounting records are filed accordingly
  • Ability to multitask, work successfully under pressure, effectively prioritize/manage time and workload.
  • Maintains general ledgers, recording the status of various accounts and make sure that all the accounts are balanced.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the system, maintains and updates lapsing schedule, and records entries in the system/books.
  • Assist in providing timely response to all audit requests for information and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of an ERP/Large Accounting Package; SAP is a plus
  • Has excellent attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
  • Keen in details, Goal oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-placed environment with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work at Binondo Manila
