We're looking for an Executive Virtual Assistant (Founder Support) who can provide reliable, round-the-clock support to our CEO.

You'll handle a mix of administrative, research, and coordination tasks to help keep things running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.

If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling requests with little direction, you'll be a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Executive Support

  • Manage and prioritize scheduling, calls, and meeting coordination
  • Handle email follow-ups, task tracking, and time-sensitive reminders
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs with a focus on accuracy and reliability
  • Remain available to respond to urgent requests or assist across time zones

Research & Documentation

  • Conduct market and company research across multiple industries
  • Gather and organize information into concise reports or summaries
  • Support data collection for internal projects, recruitment, or partnerships
  • Keep notes, files, and records organized for easy access

Operations & Coordination

  • Assist with vendor communication, document management, and online filing
  • Help coordinate between internal teams and external contacts
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Anticipate needs and find solutions before issues arise
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
  • Highly responsive and available across flexible hours (24/7 support when needed)
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack)
  • Research-oriented mindset and ability to present clear findings

Nice to Have

  • Background in startups or fast-paced work environments
  • Experience handling multiple international time zones or remote teams
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or workflow automation platforms
  • Comfortable managing small operational projects or task lists independently
