Job Summary:

Implements and maintains change to the PLM system (Agile). Supports Document Control team.  Review and process document change requests submitted to DC through Agile (PLM system) for completeness and accuracy of the necessary information needed and route for approval.  Once approved, the DC Specialist will release the document in the PLM & ERP system and notify the respective users of the implementation.  Provide data necessary to monitor the effectiveness of the PLM system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General:

  • Monitor the day-to-day activities and ensure completion of assignments or activities using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.

  • Can process document change orders – Initial Release, Preliminary Release, Component Release, and ECO; and change requests such as NOC, TCR, and ECR in Agile or similar system.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain the change process in the PLM and ERP system.
  • Can do the update of supplier lock parts for Authorized Vendor list in Visual Manufacturing system.
  • Can process the Agile account set-up and termination.
  • Can cater basic Agile concerns from other team.
  • Successfully complete all document control and company-wide required training as assigned (e.g., compliance, safety, HR, Trade control, etc.).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Document Control using DC software / system
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively with all departments and other groups to ensure that site On-Time delivery and quality goals and objectives are met.
  • Working knowledge of Agile (PLM) system
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database software
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint and MasterControl a plus
  • Able to work in 2 weeks rotating shift

Educational/Certification Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical / Associate Degree with Document Control experience, equivalent in engineering discipline

Work Experience:

  • 3-5 years' experience in DC/Engineering services in a semiconductor or similar industry is preferred.
