Logistics Officer

· Ensures effective, timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods to clients

· Manages daily routes and delivery schedules

· Develops close coordination and collaboration with the other teams in Warehouse, Sales Admin/Support, Sales, Accounting-Inventory and others

· Prepares monthly delivery reports

· Evaluates and manages work performance and behavior of Logistics Personnel including Officers, Clerks, Drivers and Helpers

· Ensures and maintains collaborative and respectful working relationship within the team

· Reviews and suggests work procedures that would help in the improvement of the existing operational flow

· Investigates and assesses reported delivery concerns such as incomplete delivery of items and delivery of wrong items to clients

· Conducts cost analysis for third party logistics to ensure economical delivery , recommends alternatives and ensures the efficiency of their services

· Regularly monitors the condition of delivery trucks and equipment and endorse to the Motorpool Head for proper maintenance to prevent operational delays

Qualifications:

· Graduate of any course related to Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related courses

· A minimum of three (3) years work experience in Logistics/ Retail Operations.

· Familiar with the delivery routes, traffic rules and regulations, including specific LGU policies.

· Analytical and results-oriented.

· With good planning and organizational skills.

· With good verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to work in Jolly Industrial, Plaridel, Bulacan, Mondays to Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
