Project Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer to oversee our PU (polyurethane) roofing installation projects. This role is primarily based in our Plaridel office, or the project site to ensure that all installation works meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements.

As Project Engineer, you'll be at the center of our operations, coordinating between clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee smooth execution. You'll report directly to the Project Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the success and reliability of our roofing systems in the construction, property development, and architectural sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and monitor roofing installation projects from mobilization to turnover
• Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, developers, and architects to align installation schedules and resolve technical issues
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, site notes, and compliance records
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material usage to ensure efficiency and minimize delays
• Assist in technical evaluations, cost estimates, and preparation of proposals when required
• Ensure all works comply with local building codes, company standards, and client requirements
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required)
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in construction project management, roofing installation, or related fields
• Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing, and building materials (PU roofing systems a plus)
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and AutoCAD (preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work across teams with minimal supervision
