Team Lead for a Healthcare Account

What the role will do:
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Set clear team goals
- Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
What we are looking for:
- Graduate of Nursing, Medical Technology, Physical Therapy, or any Medical Allied course
- At least 1-year work experience as Team Lead / Supervisor in a BPO / KPO / Call Center
- Preferably with experience in Virtual Assistant work
- Well-versed in MS Office particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Can function independently and work closely with the VA Management Team
- Resourceful, creative, responsible, organized, and highly motivated
- People-oriented, professional, and can be a role model for the rest of the team
- Can work under pressure; willing to work night shifts and extended hours when necessary
- Eager and determined to learn and perform the duties of the position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
