Responsible for overseeing and managing technical operations and service quality across the distributor's dealer network. This role ensures proper implementation of service standards, provides advanced technical support to dealerships, and leads diagnostic troubleshooting for complex vehicle concerns. Monitor field concerns and ensure that all technical guidelines, service bulletins, and campaigns are accurately implemented across the network. Supports warranty processes, enhances customer satisfaction through audits, and collaborates with service teams.
About the opportunity
Technical Assistance Support
- Provide technical expertise in vehicle system diagnosing to authorized dealerships through phone calls, emails, remote calls, and technical field visits to dealerships and to fleets/cooperatives at on-site locations.
- Create and review a technical evaluation report.
- Monitor and update CV dealer and fleets/cooperatives' technical concerns.
Before Service Activity / Call for Service Inspection
- Communicate and monitor CV authorized dealers on the BSA or CSI schedule of vehicle inspections to the fleets/cooperatives.
- Conduct scheduled vehicle and system inspections with HMC (BSA) and CSI with CV dealers at fleet/cooperatives on-site locations.
- BSA spare parts ordering and summary report submission (BSA).
- Review the CSI report and reimbursement report submitted by dealers.
Global Service Way (GSW) Monitoring and Quality Information Report Submission to GQIS to HMC CCC official website.
- Issue and monitor the Distributor Hotline and evaluate the Technical Service Bulletin.
- Submission and monitoring of Quality Information Report (QIR) through Global Quality Improvement System (GQIS).
- Respond to HMC Quality Information Report Feedback (QIRF) and Quality Information Status (QIS) and send a defective parts request.
CV Dealer Diagnostic Tool, SST, Workshop Tools, and Equipment Implementation
- Implement CV GDS Mobile standard diagnostic tool- order process, program installation, software version update monitoring, and internet update & loyalty payment monitoring.
- Implement and monitorthe SST list and standard basic workshop tool and equipment for service operation.
PDI, Sales and Marketing Technical Support
- Coordinate technical support on brand new units with quality issues and service campaign & new arrival model shipment inspection.
- Coordinate technical support for Sales and Marketing activities
Qualifications
- Strong background in vehicle diagnostics and repair
- Experience in workshop supervision and service operations
- Skilled in technical training and dealer support
- Knowledge of warranty processes and quality assurance
- At least 3–5 years in a technical or supervisory automotive role, preferably in a distributor or dealer network
