The Systems Administrator oversees the development and maintenance of applications and databases, ensuring the security, performance, and reliability of M365 platforms. The role includes managing upgrades, implementing secure IT processes, delivering projects on time, and providing technical support and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of the full system development life cycle of application systems and databases
  • Ensuring the operational health of the M365 Suite Application including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability for platforms such as, but not limited to Exchange Online, Entra (Azure AD) MS Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint
  • Apply Sound IT processes, with a focus on security and best practices.
  • Handles the maintenance, support, and upgrade of existing applications.
  • Ensures high-quality project development and on-time project completion.
  • Creates a detailed user guide for completed projects.
  • Responsible for analyzing, validating, and recommending solutions to assigned user concerns and requests.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or any Computer related course
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in developing applications using PHP and Javascript
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Compliance, and Security
  • Knowledgeable with SQL, Query Design, and Optimization.
  • Has good communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work in BGC Taguig City
