Contract Duration:
Three (3) Years
Work Arrangement:
On-site, 5 days a week

Note:
ITSMD (Information Technology Solutions Management Department) may choose any combination of the number of Systems Developer and Data Scientist, but up to four (4) maximum.

Core Responsibilities (Shared by Both Focus Areas)

  • Gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder engagement, conduct workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to assess and validate proposed solutions.
  • Identify, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain the systems and process documentation.
  • Perform technical support to users.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

Systems Developer Focus

  • Design and develop application systems.
  • Design and build the application related database.
  • (Optional UX/CX Experience):
    User Research , Persona Development , Wireframing and Prototyping , User Testing , Information Architecture , User Flows , Stakeholder Communication.

Data Scientist Focus

  • Design and develop data models.
  • Design and build the database system.
  • Design and build the data analytics, data visualization, and reporting system.

Minimum Qualifications

Educational Attainment

  • Systems Developer Focus:
    Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering, and computer related courses.
  • Data Scientist Focus:
    Graduate of Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, and other related courses.

Work Experience (Minimum Years)

Systems Developer Focus:

  • Systems Developer: minimum 3 years
  • Systems Analysis: minimum 2 years
  • Specific systems development platform: minimum 3 years
  • Business Analysis: some experience

Data Scientist Focus:

  • Data modeling: minimum 3 years
  • Database management: minimum 2 years
  • Data visualization and reporting: minimum 2 years
  • Data Analytics/Reporting/Visualization system design/build: minimum 1 year
  • Business Analysis: some experience

Relevant Trainings/Seminars

All applicants must have training in:

  • Computer programming (coding)
  • Database management system
  • Project management

Additionally:

  • Systems Developer Focus:
    Business Analysis or Systems Analysis.
  • Data Scientist Focus:
    Data analytics and reporting
