· 1-2 years of experience in HR systems management, policy development, or process improvement

Technical Competencies

· Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or HRIS

· Experience in drafting policies, documenting workflows, or coordinating system implementation is an advantage.

· Exhibit strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
