About the Role

We're looking for a Mandarin-speaking professional to join our Financial Services team in Rockwell, Makati. This is a great opportunity for bilingual individuals who want to start or grow their career in the financial industry — no call center experience required


Qualifications
  • At least B2 CEFR proficiency in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
  • No prior BPO or CSR experience required — training will be provided
  • At least High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College level
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills
  • Willing to work on-site in Rockwell, Makati City
