Job Description The Marketing Strategy Lead will partner with cross-functional teams and coordinate all aspects of campaign execution. This includes managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously while adhering to brand and compliance guidelines, providing strategic direction as needed.

The individual should be capable of managing deadlines, adjusting to changing priorities, and leading a team. The role requires driving all aspects of campaign execution from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional collaboration, communication, and campaign execution skills, with the ability to work across various tactics for effective omnichannel marketing.

Job Responsibilities Managing omnichannel marketing execution from strategic development to deployment. Deep knowledge of channels such as email, digital, direct mail, etc. Partnering effectively with marketing strategists and cross-functional teams to execute complex campaigns accurately and efficiently.

Collaborating with strategy and leadership, agencies, legal, compliance, fair lending, product, and risk teams for content approval. Ensuring campaigns are on strategy, on time, and within budget. Analyzing results and making recommendations for campaign improvements.

Contributing innovative ideas and best practices. Optimizing campaigns to improve results, efficiency, and reduce costs. About
