Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Human Resources provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR and management team. Assists top management in strategic planning and tracking the company's performance against its objectives. Responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, as well as identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals for succession planning.

Responsible for the successful recruitment, development, and training of management-level HR and corporate staff/department heads. Duties and Responsibilities:Collaborates with executive leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals, supporting them through talent management. Identifies key performance indicators for HR and talent management functions; assesses organizational success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.

Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs. Provides guidance and leadership to the HR management team; assists with resolution of HR, compensation, and benefits issues. Ensures compliance with employment laws, regulations, and requirements.

Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, HR, and talent management. Drafts and manages the staffing and HR department budgets. Participates in professional development and networking events.

Maintains up-to-date job descriptions and recruits qualified candidates for open positions. Oversees strategic planning, talent management, and succession planning processes. Monitors company performance against strategic objectives and financial projections.

Develops strategies to increase market share or reduce costs within set priorities.Recommends capital expenditures to ensure asset availability. Coordinates departmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule. Acts as a liaison between management and other departments like marketing or operations.

Develops budgets to support new projects and initiatives. Stays informed about current trends in organizational management to maintain competitive advantages. Prepares regular reports on progress toward strategic objectives.

Oversees contingency planning for potential changes in business conditions. Performs additional duties as assigned. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

At least 10 years of extensive HR and organizational development experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Deep knowledge of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, and employee retention. Ability to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance through strategic talent management.

Strong understanding of labor laws and experience managing labor relations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate diverse teams. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented approach.
